Madhavan Weight Loss Journey Intermittent Fasting Tips :

Madhavan was like most of us, fighting the battle against a potbelly. One of the perils (and pariahs) of aging, especially for men as time goes on and their metabolisms begin to slow down is the dreaded paunch. Over the years, due to an actor's hectic work schedules and lifestyle, there was a slow creeping on of weight gain with a slight but noticeable gut. Actor R. Madhavan revealed on Thursday that intermittent fasting, increased fluid intake and an appropriate sleep schedule helped him shed a good deal of weight within 21 days after he underwent transformation for his role in the upcoming film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect scheduled to release in 2022.

In reality, Madhavan's metamorphosis didn't take hours of cardio or intense workout sessions. He pointed out that it had nothing to do with working out or even going for a run which has intrigued and scoffed the skeptics alike.

” Fasting for a Period, Heavy masticating of food 45–60 times( drink your meal and chew the water).. nothing after 6:45 pm. ( please do not eat one bhutta or a full pizza at 10 pm) … ( only cooked food -nothing raw AT ALL post 3pm ).. early morning long walks and early night deep sleep.. strictly No screen time90 min before bed).. plenty of fluids.. lots of greens vegetables….. Keep anything that you put into your mouth simple, easy to gobble up stuff which is good for the stomach. Nothing processed at all. ALL THE VERY BEST,” the 54-year-old actor captioned an old video of him talking about his weight loss.

Madhavan's result are great and very inspirational, also everyone of us have different body. What works for me may not work for you. Exercise also has many other health benefits than that of weight loss, such as heart and bone strength, mental well-being etc.
