Lyca Productions Bags Ajith Kumar's Next this Pongal 2023 :

Leading Indian entertainment company, Lyca Productions, has just issued an update saying that it has secured overseas theatrical release rights of much awaited Indian thriller – Thunivu. Staring the famous Ajith Kumar as the hero, the film is directed by H. Vinoth with is produced by the renowned, Boney Kapoor.

From 12th January 2023 onwards, the Kumar’s fans will have a real treat as the film will be aired with Manju Warrier playing the lead actress. Making the announcement on its official Twitter handle, Lyca Productions wrote: “It’s always a pleasure to associate with our dear #AjithKumar”. In another presser, the production company confirmed that it is also working with Kumar for his next film dubbed “AK 62”, another Tamil production.  The film will go into production late this year or at the dawn of next year.

AK 62 will be directed by Vignesh Sivan with music composition by Anirudh. According to some latest reports, Trisha Krishnan is on the top of the list of female lead for this upcoming film. The story line of the film is being kept behind the curtains with its director only stating the film to be experimental. AK62 could be another of Kumar’s hit after Thunivu.
