Tragic twist in tale... Loss of daughter Tishaa Kumar for maker Krishan Kumar. The dad-of-two explained how they were 'warned many times that she wouldn't survive the day again' in her final months and sadly, Deries lost a long battle with an unknown illness. While Tishaa Kumar was not a public figure herself, she belonged to one of the biggest families in Bollywood. Her father Krishan Kumar is a famous film producer and the younger brother of late music mogul Gulshan Kumar.

Tishaa's death will be deeply mourned by the entertainment world, as her family - the Kumars - have been a fixture of Indian music and films for generations. Tishaa Kumar was born to Tanya Singh(Tina Karnewar) who is the daughter of composer of Ajit Gurusharan Singh and actress Nattasha ( Siddhartha ).

T-Series head Bhushan Kumar is also a cousin, he says in a statement, "the family of Tishaa Kumar has asked for privacy. She was only 21 according to the source. She had been diagnosed with cancer so the family decided to take her for treatment in Germany. She died near there on Thursday.
