Complaint filed for Taapsee by a religious group :
Bollywood actress Taapsee Pannu, renowned for roles in "Pink," "Blurr," "Haseen Dillruba," and other movies, has been accused of offending religious emotions after wearing a necklace with a sculpture of Goddess Lakshmi and exposing attire, claims the complainant. The actress from "Manmarziyaan" posted a photo and a video on March 14 from the Lakme Fashion Week runway show that took place on March 12 in Mumbai. Pannu is accused of offending religious sentiments and disseminating obscenity by the religious group Hind Rakshak Sangathan.
Eklavya Singh Gaur, the leader of the Hind Rakshak Sangathan Indore and the son of BJP Lawmaker Malini Gaur, made the accusation. According to the police, Eklavya Gaur filed a complaint alleging that Taapsee Pannu had offended religious emotions and the religion's reputation. Taapsee has not yet responded to the lawsuit or remarked on it.
